WE HATE SPIRIT AIRLINE!

NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

Our flight from DFW was suppose to leave Dallas at 11 pm so we would get to Mesa about midnight( 2 hour flight + time difference) well first off the security lady was so unbelievably rude to me. So that made me upset, the ONE elevator we needed to take was broken so we Jared had to take scoot our stroller ( Emma not in it) along with our 2 carry-ons  down like 3 flights of stairs! And to make it worse this lady was like umm excuse me !! What the freak, do you not see us with a baby a stroller and 2 carry-ons??!! So after that mess...we get to our gate and there are so many people not one seat open so we had to sit on the ground with our 4 month old baby, about ohh 11:30 pm comes around and well we still are not on the plane not even boarding the plane isn't even here! They told us that it would be another 30 mins because they needed to clean the plane an hour later they say another 30 mins.....FINALLY they tell us that our planes engine is leeking, so they say we have to send 30 of you home becuase we only have a small plane availbe so we were freakin out that we were going to have to come back home after being at the airport for 4 hours at this point. We made the cut, thank you thank you. Everyone had to get new boarding passes so they called everyone in alfaptical order so we were like 5 to last to get on the plane. Oh Emma was a trooper was all smiles and just her happy little self. We FINALLY get to Mesa at 4 in the freakin morning. Emma at this time has only gotten maybe 4 hours of sleep and her last nap was around 3 the day before! She was so tired. well we all were tired. So we got to Jared's brothers house and all the kids woke up to see, bless there hearts. So Jared and I finally got to bed about 5:30 am and were back awake by 10. Man oh man i thought i could not be any more tired. Being awake for almost 24 hours....not my thing.

We had a WONDERFUL time with ALL of Jared's family. We did a kid gift exchange with all the cousins and Emma got a "Baby's Learning Laptop", a dress, bows, shoes and little pink tights from cousin Devon. Emma got Ellie some new bath toys and clothes. So when the kids were done with there gifts us Family members got to do ours. We were to make a gift basket of $25 dollars. We put them in the middle and everyone got to choose what they wanted (wrapped) I made our gift basket, it was called " JUST ADD ICE CREAM" so ice cream cones, sprinkles syrups candies, everything you could thing of for ice cream it was in our basket. We spent the night enjoying family and some close friends. The next day we headed out to see my Grandma, Sister and my brother and his family. It was just a wonderful time

 We took a short little nap before we had to leave for the airport...Our plane out of Mesa was suppose to take off by 1:50 am. We got there and looked at the board and of course our plane was delayed. They also over booked, luckily though people gave up there seats so no one had to worry. We finally got on the plane about 2:55 am. I could not sleep on the plane for the life of me. We finally landed at 6:05 am. Got off the plane found a bus to take us to the car and off to our warm cozy beds we went. I have never been so tired in my whole life. Emma did great the whole trip. I could not ask for a better baby( other than her not wanting to take the bottle)
